Do you have a showroom? What is your office location?

As primarily an online business, we don't have a walk-in showroom with display products however we manage this business from an office location in Bankstown, Sydney.

If you wish to have a face-to-face meeting for shopping advice, we can arrange that through prior appointment at Unit 2, 390 Chapel Road, Bankstown NSW 2200 (shared office with The Tax Factor). Please contact us in advance to book a meeting before heading over to the office. Previously, we were located in Parramatta.

Bulk of the orders are processed and dispatched from our partner warehouse in Lidcombe, Sydney. Depending on the delivery address and stock availability, some of the orders maybe processed and dispatched from warehouses in other Australian states based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We don't do international shipping. Our 100% focus currently is on Australian market only.

Do you ship to a PO Box?

Please ensure a valid Australian street address is provided with the order and that someone is available to sign and receive the delivery. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I pickup my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes, in most cases you can pickup your order directly from the warehouse. Please check with us in advance about the possibility of local pickup before placing the order.

Are the computer parts compatible with each other for my custom PC order online?

Yes, our online custom PC builder is designed with compatibility, ease of use and simplicity in mind. In some cases where our technicians notice of any improvements that could be made to the computer orders, we contact our customers with recommendations.

I don't know much about gaming PCs. What's the best configuration I should buy?

When I order a custom or prebuilt computer from your website, do I receive individual parts or a complete assembled computer?

You will receive a complete assembled computer ready to run. Just connect your keyboard, mouse and monitor with the PC and it will be all good to go.

Are the desktop computers packaged properly for shipping?

The products we ship out are properly packaged to avoid any possible damage during transit. In most cases, extra packaging material is put inside the assembled PCs that must be removed by the customers by opening the side of the case before the PC is plugged in to the mains. These extra safety measures are to avoid hassle for both the customers and us. 

How long does my desktop PC build order take to complete?

In general, we build computers within 2~5 business days of receiving the order. The courier takes somewhere between 1~3 business days in most cases depending on the delivery location. Please check individual product pages for more specific delivery timeframes.

Can I get a tax invoice for my order?

After the order has been marked as shipped or completed by us, you can access your GST invoice by logging in to your account through 'My Account' on our website and going to the 'Completed Orders' section. Click on the 'View Order Details' next to your order where the option to 'Print Invoice' is available at the bottom of the order details.
