Credit card payments are processed through eWAY Payment Gateway system. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

- Your completed credit card number cannot be viewed by UMKLOGiX or any outside party.

Fraudulent credit card payments and fraudulent actions are immediately reported to Australian Police.
To make payment through bank transfer, please complete the check out process as normal and select 'Bank Deposit' when payment method options appear. After the check out is completed, you will be given an ORDER NUMBER and a confirmation email will be sent to the address that was used while checking out.
Following this step, you can continue with the bank transfer through your online bank account portal, mobile app or bank branch to the following account. Please mention your ORDER NUMBER in the payment description area when making the bank transfer.

After the order has been marked as shipped or completed by us, you can print your invoice by logging in to your account through 'My Account' on our website and going to the 'Completed Orders' section. Click on the 'View Order Details' next to your order where the option to 'Print Invoice' is available at the bottom of the order details.
Shipping and handling costs, if any, are displayed at the time of check out on our website and are added in the total cost of the order. Items are shipped through some of the best courier/delivery services in Australia that include Fastway Couriers, Star Track and Australia Post. Items are dispatched only after the payment is received and the order is accepted by UMKLOGiX.
Delivery and dispatch times
Individual items (excluding PCs): Individual components (e.g., graphics cards, RAMs) are shipped from partner warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Depending on the availability, the items are dispatched from the nearest warehouse to the delivery location. In most cases, if the order is confirmed before 3pm, the items are dispatched on the same working day and delivered on next business day.
Computers: UMKLOGiX makes every effort in building, extensive overnight testing and dispatching the PCs within 2-3 days (excluding public holidays) of the order confirmation however in some very rare instances it may take a little longer due to unavailability of the components required by the customer or when a problem is detected during the testing phase of the PCs. After dispatch it generally takes around 1-3 days for the delivery at shipping address.
The products we ship out are properly packaged to avoid any damages during transit. In some cases, extra packaging material is put inside the assembled PCs that must be removed by the customers by opening the side of the case before the PC is plugged in to the mains. In such cases, the customers are notified over the phone, SMS or Email. These extra safety measures are to avoid hassles for both the customers and us.

We do not take responsibility in case of delays and associated damages, due to events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, public enmity, acts of government and related bodies, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
In case of errors made by customers e.g., inaccurate shipping address, customers are responsible for extra delivery charges and related expenses. If the customer fails to take delivery of the goods, the customer shall be responsible for the losses and damages.
